As ALSG work towards providing just-in-time updates across our courses, this panel intends to represent what this will mean to course coordinators, instructors, working group members, and those running courses overseas and facilitate a lively discussion with the audience to inform future direction.

Plenary: A State of the sector
ALSG recognises the present and growing workforce pressures. This session discusses these pressures and explores different viewpoints on how the ALSG recertification cycle can acknowledge the commitment made to ALSG by ensuring currency and credibility within the instructor base without creating undue pressures in difficult times.
